Buy any quantity — the price per token is set by the total quantity purchased in a single order. Tokens never expire.
A token is what lets one voter take part in one session. When you run a session — a board election, an annual meeting, a single ballot question — every voter who participates draws one token, and that token covers everything they do in that session: each office on the ballot, every motion, every yes, no, or abstain. A meeting with a dozen agenda items costs exactly the same per voter as a meeting with one. You're charged once per voter, per session — never per vote.
Tokens are bought up front and drawn down as you use them, and they never expire — so you can stock up for a year of meetings at once or top up whenever you need to. The price per token is set by how many you buy in a single order, so larger purchases bring the per-token cost down. The same member voting in a later session simply uses another token then; an organization of 200 that meets quarterly uses about 800 tokens a year, no matter how much business each meeting covers.
